The only personal data this website collects is what you choose to submit through our Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, company (optional), subject, service of interest (optional), and message. Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry — for example, to discuss a project, a quotation, or a careers question. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, and we do not use it for marketing unless you separately ask us to contact you about something else.
Messages submitted through the Contact form are stored in our content database and are only accessible to authorised Mawums staff who manage website enquiries. We keep messages only as long as reasonably needed to handle your enquiry and for basic record-keeping.
